An OPT4FIT Client's Progress . . .
This page was designed to show the progress of OPT4FIT clients. We are currently tracking the progress of OPT4FIT client, Patty Doerr. Patty has been our client for over 2 years and continued to train with us throughout her 1999 pregnancy and subsequent birth of her son, Lucas, in November of 1999. Patty did not train during the last month of her pregnancy, but started training again approximately 3 weeks after her son's arrival.
Her beginning stats were as follows: |

A few months later, Patty checked in with these stats: |

As you can see from the stats and pictures, Patty has improved enormously since the weeks following her delivery. However, Patty wants to take her fitness to the next level, and has set the following goals for herself:
- Get to 125 lbs, 11% bodyfat by October 3, 2000.
- Decrease size of glutes and hips.
- Increase shoulder size (slightly).
- Increase tone in arms.
- Gain control over varied eating habits.
Here are just a few things we are doing to help Patty reach her goals:
- She is training with weights 3 times per week.
- She is performing cardiovascular training at least 3 times per week.
- She is keeping a food journal and eating at least 6 times per day.
- She is drinking a minimum of 3 liters of water per day.

As you can see from the updated pictures and stats, there was a slight change from July to August. As I explained to Patty, pictures don't lie. We still have work to do if we are going to reach her goal weight and bodyfat percentage by October. Of the five goals that Patty had going into this transformation process, we saw progress in all five within the first month, but we will need to see even greater progress in the next two months in order to obtain her goals. Patty increased her strength, endurance, and overall energy levels during the last month also. Our number one priority this month is to keep the number of dietary cheats to a minimum. During July, Patty admittedly struggled with keeping with her diet on a daily basis, although we saw enormous improvements from her prior patterns. Our goal during August is to further enhance those improvements (which means limiting sweets), which should result in improvements in her body. We will be successful!
